Heavy Metal Roofing is seeking a dependable and safety-focused Metal Roofing Installer / Helper to join our team in Coldwater. You’ll assist with the installation, repair, and maintenance of high-quality metal roofing systems for residential and commercial clients. Responsibilities
• Assist in installing metal roofing panels, flashing, and trim components.
• Support lead installers with measuring, cutting, and fitting materials.
• Load, unload, and organize tools and materials at the shop and job sites. • Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Follow all company and site-specific safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Requirements
• Valid Working at Heights certification (mandatory).
• Reliable transportation to and from the shop (mandatory).
• Roofing or construction experience preferred (training provided). • Physically able to lift 50 lbs and work comfortably at heights.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
