Service Drive Thru Coordinator

We are seeking well-organized, customer service-oriented individuals to work in our service drive-thru as a customer service representative for one of Canada’s most progressive automotive organizations. What we are doing to keep you safe:

- Providing hand sanitizing stations, disinfectant wipes, masks and gloves for employee use
- Enhanced cleaning procedures by our dedicated cleaning team
- Implementing pre-screening questions for customers prior to booking appointments
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills
- Possess a basic knowledge of computers
- Well organized and reliable
- Good work ethic and a positive attitude
- Have a valid driver’s license
- The ability to drive a standard shift vehicle
- Excellent driving record
Responsibilities
- Meet and greet service customers in a friendly manner
- Record customer vehicle information
- Tag keys
- Move vehicles
- Light computer work
- Other duties as assigned
