Personal support worker wanted

We are looking for someone to come into our parents home for a few hours each day to help with there routine — walking with her walker, washing up, toileting, teeth cleaning, changing bedding and laundry, light housework heating up and serving a meal and any other applicable needs that arise, errands and some appointments.
The candidate should have compassion and a friendly disposition.
They have a small dog with a pleasant demeanour that needs a bit of care as well
We were thinking of a shift in the morning from 11am for a couple hours per day and possibly another shift starting around 6pm on some days for a couple hours again just to heat up prepared meals and clean up after. This is new for us and we’re trying to figure things out as we go.
