Leadhands for snow removal crew Full time

Looking for a leadhand for a snow removal crew. Starting at 6am when it snows. Generally 8-12 hours when it snows.
You will be working with a Crewleader and on heavy days up to 3 more cash guys you will be in charge of. We do 30% smaller commercial buildings and 70% condo buildings.
You will be on a $2500 a month retainer based on $23.50 a hour. If you work more than $2500 a month ( 106 hours) you get payed $23.50 a hour for anything you worked over.
Looking for someone with experience in small equipment like Sweepers, 1 & 2 stage snow throwers and blowers. Preferably some with a drivers license. If not must live in the Northeast where tne Crewleader can pick you up and drop you off.
Starting ASAP.
Will pay $22 a hour cash for the first couple days. To get some cash in your pocket and make sure it’s the right fit for everyone.
