Hiring Dispatcher for Trucking

Key Responsibilities:
-Dispatch and schedule trucks to ensure timely pick-ups and deliveries. -Monitor and track shipments, providing updates to drivers and customers as needed. -Coordinate with drivers, clients, and vendors to resolve any issues or delays. -Manage and optimize routing to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
-Ensure compliance with all regulations, safety standards, and company policies. -Handle driver performance and provide support as needed. -Maintain accurate records and documentation of dispatch activities.
-Communicate effectively with internal teams and customers to ensure smooth operations. Qualifications:
-Previous experience as a truck dispatcher or in a similar role is preferred. -Strong understanding of transportation operations and logistics. -Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
-Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. -Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Proficient in using dispatch software and MS Office Suite. -Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety standards is a plus.
