Production Manager

We are hiring a Production Manager for our client
Location; Etobicoke, ON
Wage range: $90k -$100k

5. ⁠Process Improvement
6. ⁠Equipment and Maintenance
7. ⁠Inventory Management
8. ⁠Reporting and Metrics
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production or manufacturing management role,
preferably within the insulated metal panel industry, polyurethane (PUR/PIR), or similar.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma certification is a plus.
• Proficient in using ERP systems and production planning software.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Working Conditions:
• Primarily a plant-floor role; exposure to loud noises, machinery, and occasional
temperature fluctuations.
• Requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Full-time position with occasional overtime as needed to meet production demands.
