Help Needed! Cabinet shop Helper

In need of young energetic helpers, if you’re a cabinet maker please reach out
If you have no professional experience in the cabinet making industry but know how to use simple tools like drills and miter saw etc. please also reach out as I’m willing to train someone that’s looking to work for a long period of time
Duties include the following
Cleaning and organizing the shop floor
Sanding mdf doors
Sanding primer and preparing for paint
Edbanding parts
Operating Cnc router (mainly loading and unloading parts)
Loading trucks with finished cabinet parts for delivery
Helping with installation
Delivering or picking up smaller materials with your own car ( this doesn’t happen very often however I may have to send u to bring a gallon of paint if needed and can’t wait for delivery) gas will be compensated of course
Ideally I’m looking for someone to eventually take over a proper position in the company like becoming an installer or a carpenter in the shop
8 hour shifts 5 days a week (sometimes during rush season we may have to require you to do overtime, 2 hours of overtime per day is mandatory when needed, 4 hours on Saturdays is mandatory when needed)
You need to have your own vehicle and valid drivers license
Pay depends on experience but anywhere from 18$ to 35$
18$ for someone that knows how to use power tools but has no experience
35$ for a fully capable installer that’s able to take a van and go with a helper with him to install a full kitchen
