We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be the key connection between our customers and our service department, delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring their vehicle maintenance needs are met with expertise and care.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers in the service department.
• Provide expert advice and recommendations for vehicle maintenance and repairs.
• Schedule service appointments efficiently and manage work orders.
• Maintain accurate service records and communicate clearly with customers regarding service updates.
• Collaborate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate diagnosis and service.
• Foster strong customer relationships, ensuring repeat business and customer satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer service role in the automotive industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first attitude.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance processes.
• Proficiency in PBS software is an asset.
• Dependable, able to work under pressure, and committed to excellence.
