Job Opportunity: Mortgage / Automotive Assistant to Financing & Lending Specialist

Job Responsibilities:
Submit credit applications accurately and promptly.
Open and prepare the dealership each morning, creating a welcoming environment.
Manage financing and mortgage administration, including maintaining client files.
Use Google Suite efficiently for administrative tasks.
Qualifications:

Strong interest in automotive and finance fields.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
Self-motivated, with excellent interpersonal skills and a broad social network.
Experience with Google Suite and basic computer tasks.
OMVIC license preferred but not required.
Valid driver’s abstract and criminal background check required
