One Solution Wealth Management is looking for dedicated individuals with a passion for business and finance to join our growing Canadian team. As a License Insurance Advisor, you’ll work in a supportive team atmosphere focused to creating human-centered, high-quality customer experiences and developing client relationships based on integrity and transparency.
Responsibilities include:
• Assisting clients with financial matters. Provide expert advice and feedback to clients.
• Generating new business. Discover, cultivate, and close new business opportunities.
• Evaluate client’s insurance needs based on their financial situation, risk tolerance, and long-term aspirations.
• Inform clients about numerous insurance options, such as life, health, property, and casualty. Provide personalized advice on selecting the most appropriate coverage options.
• Follow industry regulations, ethical standards, and financial responsibilities to protect clients’ interests.
• Stay updated with industry trends, new insurance products, and regulatory changes through ongoing training and professional development.
• Strengthen client relationships by attentive customer service, regular policy reviews, and timely response to requests and complaints.
Key Qualifications:
• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience, preferably within the insurance and risk consulting domain.
• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
• Previous customer service, sales experience or working in a call center environment is an asset.
• Proficient in individual lead generation and management.
• Proven ability to arrange, prepare, and execute effective sales presentations to potential clients.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with professional phone etiquette.
• Strong attention to detail, active listening skills, problem-solving abilities, and patience.
• Possesses a growth mindset, with an openness to constructive feedback and an ability to adjust accordingly.
• Fluency in multiple languages is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Exceptional prioritization, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Results-oriented with robust networking abilities.
• Demonstrates ability to build long-term client connections from initial contact to continuing account management.
