Building Caretaker Required

Western Premium Property Management Inc. is a residential property management company with apartments in Saskatoon where we are looking for building caretakers. The option of live in or living nearby the apartments is possible.

We are currently looking for someone – an individual or couple to live in and take care of a few apartments within close distance of each other. Current apartments in need are on the East side of Saskatoon and in City Park.

If you have caretaking experience, are good with tenants of all cultures, and have good communication skills, please reply to this email. The ability to handle recognize and small maintenance issues and shovel snow are a bonus but not required.

Remuneration will be discussed with interested parties based on experience, abilities and duties included.

The successful people must have a cell phone that can be used for text contact. Duties will include showing suites to potential tenants, doing move in and move outs, building smoke detector and suite inspections, responding to tenant issues, etc. They must be available in the required apartments in the evenings and weekends when needed, the ability to let trades people into buildings when needed, check the building, respond to some tenant issues, report garbage or trouble in the building, notify management of issues that require attention in a timely manner, and be honest and friendly.
