Overview
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods and materials safely and efficiently while adhering to all traffic regulations and company policies. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, excellent driving skills, and the ability to operate various types of vehicles and equipment. This position is for cross border shipment, drivers must have valid US visa

Responsibilities

Safely operate commercial vehicles to transport freight to designated locations.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition.
Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including logs of hours driven and vehicle maintenance.
Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members regarding delivery schedules and any issues that may arise.
Comply with all local, state, and federal transportation regulations.
Skills

Proven 1 year experience in commercial driving with a valid driver’s license.
Strong knowledge of freight handling procedures and safety protocols.
Cross-border shipments must have valid USA visa
Basic automotive repair skills for minor vehicle maintenance tasks.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
