**Handyman/Labour Available For Cash**

Need something done that requires a skilled labourer? I do construction, demolition, concrete, insulation-poly, drywall, painting, landscaping, site cleaning, moving, and general labour. My hourly rate is $20-$25 (depending on the job) minimum 3 hour charge. I am also open to giving a flat rate for the whole job. I do have full PPE, basic hand tools, cordless power drills, small sander, and a sawzal.
