Experienced Nanny for Newborn, in Downtown Toronto, Ontario – $2

Hi!
We are Jackie & Joe. We are a outgoing and friendly married couple, who is expecting our first child in December. Our family is located in downtown Toronto, Ontario in the St Lawrence Market area (~15 min walk from union station and 5 min walk from Queen TTC Station). We are on the lookout for a responsible and caring nanny for our soon-to be newborn starting mid-late December.

We are offering a live-out, part-time position with a pay of $20-$22.50 per hour (commensurate with experience). The hours for this position will be flexible and can be discussed further with potential candidates. We would like this position to become full-time after the first 2-3 months of part-time newborn care.

Our Ideal Candidate:
– Experience in childcare, including newborn care, with references
– CPR certification is a must
– Reliable, organized, and dedicated to providing a safe and nurturing and stimulating environment for our infant
– Good communication, attentive, patient and caring, with a love for children, especially an interest in newborn care
– Newborn care & activities (walks, etc), and growing into infant activities
– Be able to perform light housekeeping duties (tidying, laundry, dishwasher, vacuum, etc)
– Light meal preparation (basic cleaning, chopping, etc)

We have a relatively flexible work schedule, and Jackie works from home.
