R-Con is looking to hire for the following positions:
Snowplow / Loader Operator
Operate truck with snowplow and sander to clear snow from both commercial and residential properties.
Perform routine circle check’s and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Work closely with the team supervisor to coordinate snow removal efforts.
Prioritize safety and follow established safety guidelines at all times.
Bonus paid if able to do light shovelling

Shoveller/Labourer
Clear sidewalks, entryways of snow and ice using shovels or snow blowers.
Have own transportation or clean driving record and use company vehicle
Applying ice melt or salt to prevent slippery surfaces
Assist in maintaining the safety and accessibility of properties
Monitor and report any potential hazards or safety concerns.
Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols.

Requirements:
Must be available for snow fall events / precipitation from nov to April.
Experience operating heavy equipment, particularly in snow removal.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Ability to work long hours during snowstorms and be on call when needed.
Physically fit and able to handle the demands of snow shoveling.
Must be able to fill out log books and maintenance logs.
