Hiring Physiotherapy / Osteopath

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physiotherapy / Osteopath to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, utilizing their expertise in physiotherapy and osteopathy to assess, diagnose, and treat patients with various conditions. This role requires a compassionate approach to patient care and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Duties
Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ physical conditions and medical histories.
Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
Implement therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy, exercise programs, and education on self-management techniques.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using Cerner or similar medical office software.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Engage in research activities to stay updated on the latest physiotherapy and osteopathy practices.
Provide care in various settings, including acute care facilities, home care environments, and pediatric clinics.
Qualifications
Degree in Physiotherapy or Osteopathy from an accredited institution.
Valid licensure to practice as a physiotherapist or osteopath in the relevant state or region.
Proficiency in medical terminology and data collection methods.
Experience in a hospital setting or with acute care patients is preferred.
Familiarity with Jane or similar electronic health record systems is advantageous.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with patients of all ages, including pediatrics.
