handyman needed for basement reno

Handyman needed for a few days to help with basement reno.
Jobs:
Remove trim
Remove vinyl flooring
Install dricore subfloor panels (about 450 sq ft)
Install new trim
Paint trim
All materials will be supplied. Tools as well.
Please reply with description of relevant job experience.
Let me know both your hourly and day rate. Willing to pay fair market rate for the work.
