WHAT MEMBERS DO
Our mission is to guarantee all of our customers the best possible experience by delivering a quality product, a clean environment and excellent customer service. We do this by welcoming our customers with enthusiasm, including their preferences in order to offer items on our menu, and preparing their orders in a timely manner. We are also responsible for maintaining cleanliness throughout the store.

JOB TASKS AND REQUIREMENTS
• Have a problem-solving approach to challenges
• Maintain the store and anticipate customer demand
• Provide excellent customer service to our customers
• Promote the culture, values and mission of Lokma
• Prepare drinks, food and handle cash
• The ability to stand for long hours
• Maintain constant attendance and punctuality
• Have a friendly and hospitable approach when interacting with others
• The ability to work under pressure and maintain a calm demeanor
• Fluency and Literacy in English
• Work as a team to efficiently accomplish assigned tasks
• The ability to work on flexible hours that provides for early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
• The ability to equip several tasks in an efficient and timely manner
• The ability to lift objects up to 20 kg
• A great sense of detail
• Experience in customer service and restaurants considered an asset

AVAILABILITY
Part-time applicants must be available up to 25 – 35 hours per week any shift from 8am to 2am.
Job type: Part time – $17.20/hour
