Help to lay rocks to block rabbit holes

Need help to block rabbit nests under my step and bottom of back fence. Rabbits are setting up nest which I need filled with gravel – small 5 square foot area but I don’t know how much they have dug already. Step is hollow cement and can be lifted. Also, along the back fence the rabbits have dug under to enter and have destroyed some of my plants and wrecked the lawn. Need that hole blocked also. You have to bring the gravel and the two or three larger rocks for the back. Please contact me. Thanks
