Requirements:
Must have reliable transportation (no public transit)
Ability to work independently and efficiently
Experience with painting, mudding, and general repairs is preferred
Non-smoker (due to allergies)
Must be punctual and dependable
Details:
Hourly pay (negotiable based on experience)
Flexible work hours, with a mix of indoor and outdoor tasks
