Renovation/Construction Worker needed

Kalray Renovations is seeking a skilled worker with a focus on bathroom renovations, small home additions, and legal basements.

Requirements:

Experience in Bathroom & Basement Renovations: Skilled in handling bathroom makeovers and basement work.
Blueprint Reading & Framing: Ability to read blueprints and complete framing tasks, especially for basement projects.
Proficient in Drywall Work: Competent in drywall installation, mudding, taping, and sanding for smaller areas like bathrooms.
Plumbing Skills (Preferred): Ability to handle plumbing tasks for basements, including installing drains and water lines.
Finish Work: Skilled in installing baseboards, trim, flooring, and doors.
Painting Skills: Ability to paint for smaller projects (not entire basements).
Basic HVAC Knowledge: Familiar with adding or relocating vents.
Basic Electrical Skills: Comfortable with minor electrical tasks like fixing outlets or light fixtures.

Note: Full basement renovations (e.g., demolition, framing, drywall, mudding) are handled by separate teams. This role does not require these large-scale tasks. However, applicants should be prepared to handle complete bathroom renovations, with the assistance of a helper if needed.
