Mobile Cleaner

Responsibilities:
Mobile Cleaners provide cleaning support across several locations. In this full-time role you will work within a regional portfolio to assist at buildings due to staff vacations, sick days, etc. Cleaning duties include but are not limited to sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, scrubbing and detailed cleaning of the following areas:

• Lobbies
• Elevators
• Lounges
• Laundry rooms
• Fitness rooms
• Tenant units upon vacancy (including bathrooms, kitchens)

In addition to these cleaning responsibilities, there may be opportunities to be cross-trained with a focus on becoming a well-rounded maintenance person within our In-House Maintenance division.
Requirements:
This is a physically demanding role where safety rules must be followed. Cleaning experience is an asset and training will be provided. Having a G licenses and a reliable vehicle is a requirement of this position.
A satisfactory reference check, criminal records clearance are required for the position.
