We are seeking an experienced and accomplished Sales Professional to secure contracts ranging from $10K to $500K within the renovation and construction industry.
1. Role Requirements:
• Experience & Relationships: A proven track record in sales, with well-established relationships across key sectors such as commercial, property management, hospitality, and development.
• Local Expertise: A native of Toronto/GTA with English as a first language, and strong local market knowledge.
• High-Level Position: This is a senior, white-collar role offering substantial autonomy, with compensation based entirely on performance.
2. Professional Qualifications:
Candidates with backgrounds in engineering, architecture, or related fields, particularly those with project management, negotiation, design, and technical problem-solving skills, are highly desired.
• Preferred Qualifications:
Significant experience in construction projects, renovation, remodeling or other relevant industries.
