Seeking Private French Teacher

I am a 28 year old woman looking to hire somebody for private French language tutoring sessions in my home. Depending on the experience of the candidate, I am open to paying $25-35 per hour. To get started, I am looking to have a single 1 hour session most weekends.
Online tests place me in between an A1 and A2 level of French language proficiency. I would like to improve and become more fluent over time because it would be helpful at my workplace. I am a beginner and need someone to help me learn phonetics, basic vocabulary, and grammar rules. I have a very low ability to speak, write, and read aloud.
Requirements:
– Cannot be allergic to cats
– Able to provide proof of proficiency level
– Able to make the commute to my home in Kanata South (Fenerty Court area)
– Willing to have a phone call and in person meeting to gauge compatibility
– Able to commit to 1 hour most weekends
Bonus:
– Experience with tutoring and ability to provide those references
– Experience with creating lesson plans and setting realistic goals
– Ideally willing to work with me long term
