Retail Sales Representative

Our client, a leading logistics company, is seeking a Retail Sales Representative to join their team. As a Retail Sales Representative, you will be part of the customer service department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Job Title: Retail Sales Representative

Location: Ottawa, ON

Pay Range: $17.20 per hour

What’s the Job?

• Serve customers in the most efficient and courteous manner on the telephone and in person
• Up-sell and cross-sell Corporate products and services
• Handle customer complaints and inquiries
• Work to resolve problem shipments
• Work to resolve equipment and technology challenges

What’s Needed?

• 3-12 months customer service experience preferred
• 3-12 months retail experience preferred
• 3-12 months using technology/POS system experience preferred
• Ability to lift 70lbs
• stand for 3 hour intervals
• Compliance to all corporate policies and procedures (including uniforms)
