Job Description

The ideal candidate is experienced, motivated, outgoing, self-directed, and committed to providing outstanding product every day.

A day in the life…

· Prep, prepare, & blend whole food smoothies and related food items consistently by adhering to all recipe standards, while also delivering exceptional customer service
IF YOU DON’T HAVE PRIOR KITCHEN/FOOD PREP experience, DO NOT APPLY!!
(there will be a cut test)

Must be able to prep fruits & veggies expertly, and easily utilize most kitchen essentials

· Being knowledgeable and enthusiastic about smoothies, nutrition, living a healthy lifestyle, and our product lineup is a Plus, and will be considered for initial position & promotion

· Setup, cleanup, stock. inventory work, event preparation and handling of food items

· Ordering & Purchasing product if necessary

Understand & thoroughly know how to monitor inventory

It’s Yours if You have…
complete & show proficiency during the cut test
·you demonstrate skill & aptitude in the kitchen space

The ability to communicate clearly and professionally with and coworkers

· The ability to take charge & lead a team

· The ability to take charge & work at times without direction or micro-management

· Thrived in a fast-paced environment

· Monitoring the weekly inventory of the back end

· Solve any customer complaints or issues

· Follow all food safety regulations

· Schedule staff and cover for any shifts

· Monitor and train new employees

· Help Set long term goals for the production flow & evolution

· QUALITY CONTROL for beverage & product production- Ensuring high quality product is maintained

· A food handler’s card where required by local regulations (we’ll give you set up for this)

· 5 year experience in a supervisory or management role is Neccessary
