Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient cleaner to maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of our apartment building. The ideal candidate will take pride in their work and ensure a high standard of cleanliness is maintained for our residents.
Responsibilities:
• Daily Cleaning:
o Clean common areas such as hallways, lobbies, stairwells, laundry rooms, and elevators.
o Vacuum floors in common areas.
o Dust and wipe surfaces in common areas.
o Empty trash and recycling bins in common areas.
o Clean windows and mirrors in common areas.
o Restocking supplies in common areas.
• Weekly Cleaning:
o Mop and scrub floors in common areas.
o Shampoo carpets in common areas as needed.
o Deep clean restrooms in common areas.
o Clean and sanitize high-touch surfaces in common areas, such as door handles, elevator buttons, and light switches.
• Monthly Cleaning:
o Clean and sanitize vents and filters in common areas.
o Clean and polish furniture in common areas.
o Wash and sanitize blinds and curtains in common areas.
o Perform a thorough cleaning of all common areas.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in cleaning, preferably in a residential or commercial setting.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting, bending, and reaching.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
