As we plan to expand to other routes, we’re looking for a dedicated Operations Executive to oversee and improve our day-to-day operations, ensuring our service runs smoothly and efficiently.

Job Description:
The Operations Executive will play a key role in consolidating daily trip data, managing passenger records, handling cancellations, and processing refunds. Additionally, this individual will act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, service escalations, and issue resolution. Proficiency in payment gateway operations and data management will be highly beneficial for this role.

Responsibilities:

Daily Operations Management:
Consolidate trip data for daily operations.
Generate accurate passenger lists and update records as needed.
Monitor trip completions and ensure accurate reporting of daily rides.

Customer Service and Escalations:
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer service inquiries.
Handle escalations and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback to improve service quality.

Cancellations and Refund Management:
Consolidate trip cancellations and oversee refund initiation processes.
Ensure timely and accurate processing of refunds, coordinating with payment gateways.
Track cancellations and analyze data to improve service reliability.

Payment Gateway and Data Management:
Oversee the consolidation of payment data across different gateways.
Reconcile payments, detect discrepancies, and ensure accuracy in financial transactions.
Manage data entry and reporting for trips, cancellations, and payments.

Requirements:
Work Permit: Valid work permit required to work in Canada.
Location: Must be based in Kingston, ON, or willing to relocate.

Experience:
Prior experience in operations or customer service in transportation, rideshare, or a similar industry.
Familiarity with payment gateway operations and data management preferred.

Skills:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication skills for handling customer inquiries and escalations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) or Google Workspace.
Problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented approach to data accuracy.
