Forklift Driver, Cambridge, Full Time Positions, $22.20/hour

We are looking for a skilled and dependable Counterbalance Forklift Operator to join our client’s team in Cambridge, Ontario. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for the safe operation of a counterbalance forklift to load, unload, transport, and organize materials within the warehouse or facility.

The ideal candidate demonstrates a strong work ethic, keen attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a safe workplace.

All shifts available. Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada.

Key Responsibilities:
Safely operate a counterbalance forklift to load and unload materials and deliveries.
Transport products to designated storage areas, machinery, and loading docks.
Regularly inspect and maintain forklift equipment to ensure safe operation.
Maintain accurate inventory records and log all material movements.
Support general warehouse tasks, including packaging, shipping, and organizing stock.
Follow company and OSHA safety protocols to promote a safe and organized work environment.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve operational goals and deadlines.

Qualifications:
Valid forklift operator certification, with specific counterbalance experience.
At least 1 year of forklift operation experience, ideally in a warehouse or industrial setting.
Solid knowledge of warehouse safety practices and OSHA regulations.
Physical capability to lift and move heavy items as needed.
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
Basic math and computer skills are advantageous for inventory management.
