Labourer Required

City Flooring and Coverings is seeking a dedicated Laborer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting skilled tradespersons with various tasks. This role requires strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work both effectively and efficiently.

Responsibilities
– Assist with the loading and unloading of materials
– Operate and care for hand tools and power tools
– Assist in preparation of job sites for installation as well as final cleanup
– Follow instructions from supervisors to perform manual labor tasks
– Maintain a clean and safe work

Qualifications
– Previous experience in a related field is preferred but not required
– Ability to lift heavy objects (40 pounds), repetitive bending, twisting and kneeling
– Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools
– G2 or G license with own vehicle is preferred, but not required. Must be able to travel to job sites.

Work hours vary and based on business needs; but may include days, nights and weekends.
Wage is negotiable and will be determined by experience. Annual bonus’ are available and based off a bonus structure.
