Looking for a part time light helper and babysitter

Looking for a part-time live-out helper for light housework and babysitter. We have 3 young children (4yo girl and 2yo twin boys).
Ideally, we want part time help, a couple days a week, tidying up the house in the early evenings while the whole family is home. My wife and I handle dinnertime and bedtime regularly. Once our children are comfortable, we would like babysitting help for my wife and I in the evening.

We are prepared to pay $19 to $23 per hour, depending on experience.
