$300, need a guy remove garbage and install flooring

I need to remove the floor first put in the garage,and then install the new floor. Need to have some experience, total is about 500 feet, not very difficult to cut edges, cut corners. I’ll provide the tools. It has to be quick. Must finish in one day.
