Future PSW seeking info

Hello there, Ill be graduating from the PSW program at Georgian in the spring and I am preemptivly exploring my next steps! I am looking to work in the Alliston area and am wondering what the current need is for a private PSW to hire in that area? Also, what people would be comfortable paying by the hour?
