Join our dynamic team at The Standard, located at 360 Elgin St. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Kitchen Manager to lead our kitchen operations and ensure the highest quality of food and service.
Responsibilities:
– Oversee daily kitchen operations
– Manage kitchen staff and schedules
– Ensure food quality and consistency
– Monitor inventory and order supplies
– Maintain kitchen cleanliness and safety standards
– Collaborate with front-of-house staff to provide excellent customer service
Qualifications:
– Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager or similar role
– Strong leadership and communication skills
– Knowledge of kitchen equipment and sanitation standards
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Culinary school diploma or degree in food service management is a plus
