Position: HVAC Helper

We are seeking a motivated and hardworking HVAC Helper to join our team. If you are eager to learn, grow your skills, and work alongside experienced technicians, this is the opportunity for you!
Responsibilities:
• Assist HVAC technicians with installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
• Transport tools, equipment, and materials to job sites
• Prepare work areas and ensure job sites are clean and safe
• Follow instructions and safety guidelines to support the team
• Perform basic tasks such as cutting and assembling ductwork
• Troubleshoot and provide support as needed
Qualifications:
• Prior experience in HVAC (preferred but not required)
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
