If you want it corrected internally (in side your house) you have to jack hammer the floor, then dig down to the footings, then seal any cracks with expanding concrete, fill any holes with non shrink grout, then apply sealant agua block, place a weeping tile by the footing, a membrane on the wall, gravel on top of the weeping tile, back fill the dirt, repour the concrete floor. I do waterproofs. I have all the tools. I’m available. Outside it is the same. However you can use foundation tar as well. Which you can’t internally as it is petroleum based.
