I need handy man and yard cleaner this week

I am home owner looking for a handyman with sime tools and car.
1. Please no general contractor.
2. You need a nail gun for sure.
3. Make sure you have some tools.
4. You need to remove popcorn ceiling in a room and put skim coat to make it look ok.
You need experience in home renovation.
Please do not pretend you are contractor to make money. You will be caught.
I pay 30-35 hourly depending on skill level and speed. You get paid each day.

I also need a yard cleaner to clean my yard it takes 8 hours or so i pay 25.00 hourly. I have tools for the job. No overy one knows how to clean a yard properly. Please have knowledge and experience. Do not waste your and my time.
