Landscaping/ Property Maintenance

Responsibilities:
Maintain and clean yard areas
Wash the exterior of the building
Sweep and clear sidewalks
Perform interior/exterior paint and touch-ups
Repair/replace broken faucets
Change furnace filters
Conduct general repair and maintenance tasks as required
