Spray foam insulation joists / Cabinet/ top resize : Scarborough

Need 2 things in Scarborough – can be done independently also. (preferably over this weekend – 10/19 – 10/20)

a. Cut by 1 – 2 feet (from the left in the pic and resize counter top / cabinet -> Might involve cutting and supporting 1 foot ahead. Experienced person only.
b. Spray foam about 20-30 feet of accessible joists rims in the basement (top headers where joists met the wall) .Spray foam is there , need to add some more. Since the ceiling is accessible. Experienced person only.

Expected to bring your own tools . Materials I shall supply . So quote for labor only please.
