WINTER SEASON OPERATOR
The Heavy Equipment Operator is responsible for working independently or as a team under direct supervision of Site Supervisors. Responsible for the de-icing and clearing of snow from commercial /retail properties in an efficient manner, promoting job worksite safety, providing excellent customer service, and exhibits pride and quality workmanship.

Brampton / Vaughan
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
-Snow Removal from parking lot and roadways.
-Work closely with Site Supervisor and Crew in the plowing and removal of snow from walkways, and parking lots for various areas of the properties according to the specified contracts.
-Proficiently and safely use snow removal equipment such as tractors, wheel loaders, skid loaders, compact tractors, and other power operated tools and equipment used to perform snow removal.
-Daily Equipment Safety Check and ensuring all Equipments are safe to operate and left in a safe manner
REQUIREMENTS
-3 Years experience with operating heavy equipment for at least 1 of the following: Wheel Loader, Skidsteers/Bobcats, tractor plow, Excavator, Dozer
-Valid G license with a clean abstract
-Willing/able to be on call 24/7
-Reliable, trustworthy and able to work varying hours, days, nights, holidays and weekends as needed
-Ability to work safely and efficiently
-Ability to work in extreme weather conditions (snow, slush, ice, freezing rain, hail and sub-zero temperatures)
RESPONSIBILITIES
-Always represent TCG’s best interest, maintain the highest level of integrity and professionalism.
-Maintain a clean and safe jobsite, while ensuring property is not damaged in the efforts of removing snow.
-Maintain care for TCG’s provided equipment, tools and vehicles
-Work as a part of a team and take direction.
-Attend mandatory training requested by management
-Follows TCG’s rules, policies, procedures and regulations.
-Reports all incidents involving equipment to Site Supervisor
