Entry Level Associate at Manufacturing Facility (Part Time)

PureShrooms is a functional foods company that wants to make the world’s most nutrient-dense foods easier to consume by bringing elevated favourites into North America’s daily routine. We aim to popularize functional mushrooms and adaptogens by incorporating them into mainstream products like coffee, tea, lattes, and supplements. We’ve crafted crash-free coffee, delicious plant-based creamers, and other functional ready to drink beverages to work wonders on our customers daily routines.

Main Responsibilities:

Attending to day to day operations including opening and closing duties

Operating the filling machine, sealing, and assist the master coffee grinder

Ensuring quality control of all products going out

Achieving daily production quotas set by management

Keep the facility and workspaces immaculately clean

Help fulfill wholesale and warehouse orders within Canada, USA, U.K. and Europe

Help with order fulfillment of e-commerce sales

Other responsibilities:
Improving current SOPs to help streamline current processes
Keeping meticulous track of raw materials, inventory management
Help with ordering raw materials and supplies so it never runs low

Nice to have:
Nutrition or herbal knowledge
eCommerce fulfillment experience
A thirst for learning more about functional mushrooms and adaptogens

Entry level position, $15.5 to $17 per hour must be legally eligible to work in Canada. Lots of room for future growth as the company expands. We are located in Mississauga by Pearson Airport (Major Intersection: Dixie rd. And Britannia Rd E.)
