Freedom Mobile Sales Rep.

We are looking for enthusiastic and results-driven individuals to join our team as Freedom Mobile Sales Representatives. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Freedom Mobile products and services, including phones, plans, and accessories. You will also assist customers with upgrades, activations, and technical inquiries, ensuring they receive the best possible experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with product inquiries, service activations, and upgrades.
• Promote Freedom Mobile plans, devices, and accessories to meet individual customer needs.
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of Freedom Mobile products, services, and current promotions.
• Achieve or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Process payments, activations, and exchanges accurately.
• Stay up-to-date with new product releases and market trends.
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues and escalate as needed.
• Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Keep the store organized, clean, and well-stocked.
Qualifications and Skills
• Previous retail or sales experience (telecom industry preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
