• Proven experience with solar panel installations (residential, commercial, or solar farms)
• Ability to work safely and efficiently on rooftops and various structures
• Familiarity with electrical systems related to solar installations
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Reliable and able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Own tools and transportation preferred
