Modern Cleaning is looking for an Owner/Operator in Red Deer, Sylvan Lake
Must have a reliable smart phone
Must have a reliable vehicle or transportation
Your work duties may include but not only:
• Maintaining the floors; vacuuming as needed and mopping small areas of hard surface floors
• Cleaning and sanitizing: that includes washrooms, common entrance areas, working surfaces
• Replenishing any used or missing supplies (toilet rolls, hand towels, hand soap)
• Cleaning and polishing surfaces
• Spot cleaning walls, light switches and doors, windows

You would be the perfect fit if you have the following qualifications:
• Must be able to schedule and prioritize work
• Ability to comprehend and communicate detailed instructions verbally and in writing
• Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
