Carpenter/ Maintenance Position Available

We’re Hiring! Picket Fences Property Management is a professional caretaking company, managing rental homes and apartments in Saskatoon and area for the last 16 years.
$25/hr with annual raises
8-10 hours a week. Flexible Mon-Fri

We are seeking an experienced carpenter for interior/exterior repairs and small renovations. Must have basic electrical and plumbing experience. Painting and drywall repair. Occasional general labour like shoveling, mowing & sweeping will also be required. Great communication skills needed.

Additional interior reno work subcontracts available depending on experience. We find the clients, carry insurance and do all of the paperwork & communications.

Must have vehicle, basic tools, phone. Fuel expenses are covered
Must have valid driver’s license and can provide criminal record check
