Steele Chevrolet is seeking a Service Video Advisor to join our team!
As a Service Video Advisor with Steele Chevrolet, your primary responsibilities will include creating and presenting video assessments of vehicle service needs to our customers. You will effectively communicate repair recommendations and build trust with clients. If you are a detail-oriented, customer-focused individual with a strong understanding of automotive service, this role provides an opportunity to excel and contribute to customer satisfaction and service department success.
Hourly Wage Range: $17.05-$19.25/hour plus performance bonus
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Precise video documentation of repairs on client vehicles
- Proper explanation of the technicians’ vehicle prognosis on video
- Efficient and prompt upload of video to the client
- Cleanliness of service department
- Service department support when and where required
- Organization of internal estimates of pre-owned vehicles
- Organization of new and used vehicle deliveries
- Creation of internal work orders for new vehicle stock
- Collaboration with customer facing service advisors
Requirements:
- Be comfortable explaining service processes on camera (voice only)
- Be prompt, punctual and detailed orientated
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driver’s abstract.
