Temporary Front Desk Administrator Needed – Join Our Rehabilitation Team!

Are you an organized, friendly, and reliable individual looking for a temporary administrative position? We have an exciting opportunity at our busy physiotherapy office for a Front Desk Administrator to cover an 8-week period. This role is full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

Training provided and starting pay rate of $19.00/hour.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist clients in a professional, welcoming manner
Answer phone calls, manage the office email inbox, and schedule appointments
Handle patient intake, including collecting and verifying personal and insurance information
Maintain accurate records and assist with billing and invoicing
Manage office supplies and assist with basic administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations
Coordinate with physiotherapists and other staff to ensure a seamless patient experience
Qualifications:

– Previous experience in an administrative or front desk role is preferred
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
– Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
– Professional, friendly demeanor with a commitment to excellent customer service
– Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with scheduling software is an
asset
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
