Grain Farm Workers

Carefoot Farms Ltd. is a large-scale progressive grain farm located just outside Swift Current.
We are currently seeking Truck Drivers, Equipment Operators and Labourers to join our team for our 2025 Growing Season. We have opportunities for casual, seasonal and full time employment with an immediate start date for the right candidate.

Operator/Labourer applicants :
Must hold a valid Class 5 drivers licence with a clean driving record.
Have experience operating modern equipment such as Air Seeders, Sprayers, Hay Balers and Combines, with a general working knowledge of equipment.
Be mechanically inclined and capable of performing equipment maintenance and minor repairs.

Truck Driver applicants:
Must hold a valid Class 1 drivers licence with a clean driving record.
Prior experience hauling grain is preferred.

All applicants must have:
Digital proficiency, capable of using a variety of apps and gps software.
Ability to work independently, multitask and be efficient with their time.
Capable of performing physically demanding tasks as needed and work long days during our Growing Season.
Ability to understand and carry out routine oral and written instructions, proficiency in English is a critical component of our operations.
Team orientated personality, has the ability to work effectively in a multicultural team.

Responsibilities:
Assist in planting, maintaining and harvesting crops.
Operate and maintain machinery and equipment.
Diagnose, perform and document repairs and routine maintenance on all equipment.
Maintain or assist in the maintenance of facilities and farm infrastructure.
Haul fertilizer and grain from field/yard to grain terminal.
Follow all safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and our team.
