HIRING – Auto body repair technician

CARSTAR Cambridge is adding to our team! We are looking for a Licensed Repair Technician. The successful candidate must have experience in automotive repair. Valid and clean drivers abstract must be able to drive standard vehicles.
Location: 35 Lingard Road Cambridge, ON
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-Time, Licensed Journeyman or 3 year Apprentice
Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible
Credentials: Must have a valid Drivers license
Work Setting: Automobile Repair Facility
Education: Certificate of Qualification
Duties:
• Dismantle vehicles by insurance standards
• Repairs to be completed by CARSTAR/insurance standards with minimal supervision
• Protects and preserves automobile interior by safety and quality control equipment
• Maintains quality service by following service standards; conducting final inspection; correcting deficiencies
• Maintains safe work environment by adhering to work standards and practices
• Documents completed on Quality Control Records
• Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
Compensation will be based on experience and efficiencies and will be discussed with qualified candidate
