Job Description:
As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing engaging social media strategies to promote Dum Pukht and our new franchises. Your role will focus on increasing brand visibility, enhancing customer engagement, and driving traffic to our restaurants through social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Management:
Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, etc.) aligned with our brand’s voice and aesthetic.
Capture and share the essence of our fine dining experience through high-quality images, videos, and behind-the-scenes content.
Work with the culinary and events team to promote new menu items, special events, and seasonal promotions.
Community Engagement:
Respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner, enhancing customer relationships.
Engage with followers, influencers, and local food bloggers to foster a sense of community around the brand.
Analytics & Reporting:
Track and analyze social media performance through insights and analytics tools.
Provide monthly reports on key metrics (engagement, reach, conversion, etc.) and recommend strategies to improve performance.
Brand Partnerships & Collaborations:
Identify and collaborate with local influencers and food bloggers to promote Dum Pukht and its offerings.
Develop and execute social media campaigns for restaurant promotions, events, and collaborations.
Strategy Development:
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and fine dining industry news to ensure our content is innovative and relevant.
Plan and execute campaigns around seasonal menus, cultural festivals, and brand initiatives.
Requirements:
2 years of experience in social media management, preferably in the hospitality or food and beverage industry.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and trends.
Excellent writing and communication skills with the ability to craft engaging content.
A keen eye for design and aesthetics.
Photography and video editing skills are a plus.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
